The heir is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father. (Galatians 4:2 NIV)
Who are our trustees? God gave us free will to make our own choices, decisions in life. He left us, siblings, parents, pastors, friends & other Christians to help guide us thru our walk. We are called to be each other’s trustees. Accountable to God the ultimate authority for guidance.
Thru prayer, fellowship, meditation, we learn about our creator & His instruction manual for our lives. What manual? The Bible! We learn that we are all heirs to the kingdom of God. That He has entrusted us, each and every one, to the keys to His kingdom. Not because we are deserving, not because we are sinless, perfection at its best, but rather, simply, because He loves us!
Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. (Romans 8:17 NIV)
The glory of heaven is unimaginable. We will never know on this earth such joy or peace as when we are with Christ in heaven.
For if those who depend on the law are heirs, faith means nothing and the promise is worthless, (Romans 4:14 NIV)
so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:7 NIV)
So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir. (Galatians 4:7 NIV)
Live like what you are, a child of God! Seek his will always, pray without ceasing, love like Jesus, and enjoy the sweet blessings our Abba Father has waiting for you. Our heirlooms are waiting, the table is set, songs are being sung, peace & joy fill the room.
