Jay Bizzze - Birds

LYNCHBURG, VA … August 16, 2019 …

Lynchburg’s own Jeremiah Bell (aka Jay Bizzze) is eager to release his brand new single entitled “BIRDS.” Every little kid’s dream is to want to fly. And from that desire, the framework and aesthetic of “BIRDS” was born.

Although this song could come off to many as a brisk ode to birds, beneath the surface, lies a deeper, much more impactful meaning. Based on the principles of Romans 8:2-4, “BIRDS” hinges on the truth that God sent His son to free us from the law and fulfill for us what we could never satisfy. Now, because of His grace and mercy, those who truly believe are free and will one day fly…

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.” Romans‬ ‭8:2-4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
